Echart, one of Senor Caballero's Secretaries, 'phoned from Paris this evening at about 7.30 to say that Caballero was in Paris for a few days, on his way back from Geneva to Spain. He would be glad if you would send a telegram telling him that you will see him (Caballero) in Paris on your way to Geneva. If not, will you telephone him at the Byron Hotel, Rue Lord Byron, Paris. (When Echart was in England he was brought to Transport House by Mr. Ben Tillett. He met Mr. Marchbank and Mr. Attlee.) Council Cab. 2322 Senor
