Description
Summary:"In this paper, the authors perform a comprehensive analysis of the stepping-stone effects of temporary agency employment on unemployed workers in Denmark in the period 1997-2006. Using duration models and the “timing-of-events” approach, they investigate whether agency employment generally acts as a bridge to regular employment, and also look for heterogeneous effects of temporary agency jobs. Moreover, the authors investigate how the treatment intensity affect our results, and how temporary agency employment affects post-unemployment job quality."
