Du Barri & Hill, who designed the Badge of the League; To Miss A. Blake, Mrs. Bowden, Miss Gladys Cooper, Miss Charlotte Cook, Miss Madge Field, Mrs. Elizabeth Gee, Mr. A. Houghton Goddard, Mrs. Mary Green, Miss A. L. Holloway, Miss Mary Lushington, Mr. John Macintosh, Mr. Louis Nethersole, Mr. William Terry Revelle, Miss Miriam Warner, who have given their voluntary services to the League ; To Her Majesty the Queen and Patrons ; and to all who assisted in the Fête and Ball at Devonshire House and also the Palladium Concert on November 25th, 1921.
