CLOTHES OF THE SICK When an infectious illness occurs in the house, sheets, body-linen, handkerchiefs, etc. should be dropped into a pail of disinfectant and water, taken from the sick-room and boiled for fifteen minutes, after which they may be washed with the household linen.
