Is my face clean? Is my neck clean? Are my ears clean? Have I brushed my hair? Have I cleaned my teeth? Have I washed my hands? Am I neat and tidy? Have I shone my shoes? Have I a clean handkerchief?"] Reproduction of Health and Cleanliness Council's Coloured Poster (P. 89). Companion Poster for boys also available, size 30" x 20", together with leaflets (see page 17). take pains to be clean? The following list is fairly exhaustive: (a) Because cleanliness brings them the approval of a person or of a social group, whilst uncleanliness brings disapproval.
