Dear Sir Walter, With further reference to your letter dated 4th July when you informed me that a fresh approach was being made in connection with the Dependents & Wounded Aid Committee, we are still being asked by Branches of our Union and also individual members, to give consideration to making a grant to the International Brigade Dependents & Wounded Aid Committee. Our Executive at all times have endeavoured to keep our contributions on behalf of Spain to the International Solidarity Fund. If the Solidarity Fund has made any grant or has given any assistance to the Dependents & Wounded Aid Committee will you please give me any details in your possession.
