They sent most cordial greetings and acknowledged with gratitude what the Congress had done. On the motion of Mr. Marchbank, IT WAS DECIDED that the telegram be submitted to the Joint Meeting with the Labour Party on Wednesday afternoon, 7th September, and be read to Congress the following morning. In the meantime, the General Purposes Committee to make a brief announcement of its receipt.
