IT WAS DECIDED that this Minute be amended, as the letter from the Spanish U.G.T. had referred to certain personalities of the international Labour Movement who were being influenced by the intensive campaign and manoeuvres which were being conducted in the international sphere by reactionary elements of British and French conservatives in particular, and not to leaders of the British Movement as stated.
