I have your further letter of the 11th instant headed Spanish Women's Committee making further enquiries as to whether we have been able to establish contact with the above Committee. I may say that I have had consultation with the Secretary and Treasurer of that body and we have agreed to send certain foods to Northern Spain. We are desirious, however, of sending to Gijon and after having been in touch with the agents there appears to be some doubt as to whether the goods for this port could be placed on the "Sil". I am writing to Mr. Morris today in regard to this matter. Yours faithfully, Assistant Secretary.
