Dear Sirs, We have pleasure in attaching hereto office copy Bill of Lading in respect of Food Stuffs Shipped by s.s. HARTBRIDGE to Oran to be shipped thence to Barcelona either by a British or French steamer. We also enclose herewith insurance cover note which you will doubtless find in order. Insurance has been effected at the premium of £10.10.0.% including marine and war risks and also transhipment risks at Oran. For your information, Bill of Lading has been made out in the name of Direccion General de Abastecimientos, Ministerio De Hacienda Y Economia, First original has been sent forward by carrying steamer and stamped copy by ordinary mail. You will observe that there is an endorsement on the Bill of Lading the terms of which are not apparent to us at the moment and have not previously been brought to our notice. We are in communication with the loading brokers at Newcastle regarding same and will communicate with you further in this regard as early as possible. Our invoices in respect of this consignment will follow immediately the relative charges are to hand from the Shipping Co. and meanwhile, we remain, Yours faithfully, E.
