Dear Sirs, We have pleasure in attaching hereto, invoice amounting to £1212.10. 0. in respect of 500 cases Dutch Full Cream Milkpowder, sent forward from Amsterdam to Spain, via Cerbere, against your order of the 11th instant. In accordance with your instructions, we are pleased to advise that the goods were consigned to the order of Mr. Calvert, Customs Agent at Cerbere, who has been instructed to effect delivery to Sr. Enrique Santiago, Fondo de Solidaridad Internacional, Aragon 300, Barcelona. For your information, Sr. Santiago has also been advised both by us and actual sender of the milk of the despatch of this consignment. We now have outstanding against your order, the Children's Sandals and Socks, and in this connection, we are now in a position to advise you definitely that it will not be possible to effect shipment by s.s. C.W.S. PROGRESS from Garston, on Thursday the 7th July, as the number which have to be specially made will not be ready in time.
