We have received a communication from one of our Trades Councils and Labour Parties stating that they are undertaking a Town's Appeal on behalf of our Spanish comrades, and they are considering the proposition of endowing a bed at the base hospital for the Madrid Front. They are asking for further information on this matter and I shall be glad to receive your report on this so that I can give these people further details. Yours sincerely, General Secretary.
