The documents include: - Security Council Resolution 771 (1992) requesting the Secretary-General to submit a report on the violations of humanitarian law in the former Yugoslavia and calling upon States to collate relevant information; - Security Council Resolution 780 (1992) requesting the Secretary-General to establish a Commission of Experts to collect and examine the evidence of grave violations of international humanitarian law in the former Yugoslavia; - Report of the Secretary-General on the Establishment of the Commission of Experts; - Letters from some Permanent Representatives to the UN which contain submission of information to the UN Security Council pursuant to Security Council Resolution 771 (1992). Among others, these submissions include: - a list of concentration camps and prisons (including number of prisoners) in Bosnia and Herzegovina (submitted by the Permanent Representative of Bosnia and Herzegovina) [000048-000054]; - evidence and documentation submitted by Croatian Ministry of Health with regard to genocide, mass killings and rapes in Croatia in 1991-92.
