Summary:In an effort to eradicate child labor and sweatshop abuses, a group of university students led by Charles Kernaghan, the executive director of the National Labor Committee in Support of Human and Worker Rights, take a look at the world of the factory workers in El Salvador. They visit several factories and interview workers and former workers of the factories in an attempt to find out why the mere existence of these factories is shrouded in secrecy.
