Under such circumstances it is important that the resources be divided properly and proportionally, so that the rescue operations proceed in the most effective way. Political propaganda carried out by appointed persons plays a key role in coordinating the work of the special branches of civil defense.
A polgári védelmi szakszolgálatoknak és egyéb önvédelmi erőknek tisztázniuk kell a háborús együttműködés alapelveit. Munkájuk alapos szervezettséget, nagy mozgást és dinamizmust igényel. A szakszolgálati alakulatok szervezett mozgást hajtanak végre. Ilyenkor fontos az erők helyes és arányos csoportosítása, hogy a mentés a lehető leghatékonyabban működjön. A szakszolgálatok összehangolásában kulcszerepet játszik a politikai felvilágosítás, amit az arra megbízott felelős személy végez. |
