Dear Sir Walter, I am instructed to forward a copy of the following Resolution to the Rt Hon Winston Churchill and to yourself, which was submitted to a public meeting on 14/3/43 at Broadway Cinema Bexley Heath and carried unanimously, as follows:- This meeting demands that the Beveridge Plan, be adopted by the Government as an Act of faith and as a gesture, both to the Forces and to the Home Front - that the Government fully intend to provide for future Social Security.
