6by Rodríguez Vega, José“…1937-10-05 016b-0003-010 Le ler Octobre, le Comité National se réunit au siège de la "Fédération Grafica Española", qui est l'entité la plus ancienne dans l'Union Générale des Travailleurs d'Espagne et dans le mouvement ouvrier de notre pays, groupant les vingt-neuf Fédérations convoquées, plus la Fédération des Employés de Commerce et une représentation du Secrétariat Régional de Catalogne, après avoir essayé de tenir la réunion dans le local de la Commission Exécutive de l'Union; les décisions suivantes, entre autres, furent prises : 1° Considérant que la Commission Exécutive n'a pas facultés pour cela; que, d'autre part, il n'y a pas eu de cas semblable dans l'Union Générale des Travailleurs, que, en tout cas, les Fédérations expulsées pour non-paiement n'ont pas été averties préalablement ; et le fait qu'à certaines d'entrés elles, on a refusé la remise des cotisations avant que l'accord ne soit fait, ayant été prouvé, et aussi que l'article 9 des Statuts n'avait pas été appliqué à toutes les Fédérations qui se trouvaient dans une situation semblable, nous déclarons annulée la mesure prise par la Commis, ion Executive de l'Union Générale contre quatorze Fédérations Nationales. 2°.- Comme suite aux mesures antiréglementaires prises par la Commission Executive, et à l'attitude de provocation adoptés aujourd'hui, ainsi que l'utilisation d'éléments expulsés du Paru Communiste espagnol qui avaient pour mission de provoquer des incidents devant le local de l'Union Générale, les membres réunis sont d'accord pour destituer la Commission Executive de l'Union Générale, usant des facultés données par l'article 46 des Statuts de l'Union Générale, et pour élire une nouvelle Commission Executive, composée des camarades suivants : 292/946/16b/4(viii)…”
