The results indicate a decline in non-wage job quality over the past decade and sluggish real wage growth in the years following the crisis. There is great variation across EU member states, with an indication of deepening polarisation on some dimensions of job quality. Moreover, the paper points to a strong positive relationship between job quality and job quantity in the EU. " |
