Franco Regime in Spain Dear Mr. de Ormaetxea, Thank you for your letter of the 11th instant regarding the Franco regime in Spain and expressing disappointment at the "British Government's policy of non-intervention". Since the statement made by Mr. Bevin in the House of Commons you will have gathered from the press that discussions are going on at the moment between representatives of France, the United States and Great Britain relative to the possible future relationship of those Governments to Franco Spain.
