description 018b-0083-001 YOUTH of London! The people of Spain are fighting for their whole future existence against a barbaric Fascist invasion. The war in Spain is no longer a civil war. It is an invasion of Fascist countries upon the people of Spain. Women, children and aged persons are being bombed and massacred from Italian and German planes. Homes are being wrecked, hospitals blown to pieces, and thousands of peace-loving people are being killed, maimed and rendered destitute by the most cruel attack upon a civil population that has ever taken place in the history of humanity. Starvation is already beginning to stalk the land. The Spanish people are crying out to us for help. One shipload of food has been sent to Spain but much more is needed.
