I enclose a copy of a letter which I have received from Mrs. Pack, wife of the Commercial Secretary to the British Embassy, at Hendaye. You will see that it proposes that a donation from the Relief Fund should be sent, either to the Spanish Consul or to the Mayor of Bayonne, for the relief of Spanish Refugees at Bayonne. I should be very much obliged if you would find out what the French Trade Unions think of the suggestion, and let me know. Yours sincerely, General Secretary.
