Dear Comrade, I thank you for your letter of October 1st, informing me that the total received by you for the International Solidarity Fund for Spain at September 30th was:- £16,949.8.0d. raised in Great Britain, and £7,066.10.1d. from America. I am enclosing for your information a copy of the report of the delegation which visited Spain on behalf of the International Solidarity Fund in the middle of September and a copy of the interim report on the Fund down to September 4th of which I sent the draft to Sir Walter Citrine at the time of the Plymouth Congress. It has occurred to me that you might like to have copies of these reports for the organisations in the U.S.A. which have been subscribing funds.
