The panel is chaired by Professor Vladimir Tismăneanu. The members of the panel are Jacques Rupnik (Institute of Political Studies, Paris), Tamás Gáspár Miklós (Georgetown University), Karol Soltan (University of Maryland), Daniel Chirot (University of Washington) and Sorin Antohi (Academic Pro-Rector at CEU). Excerpts from Karol Soltan’s, Daniel Chirot’s and Sorin Antohi’s speeches are available on this tape.
