Description
Summary:"In this Issue Paper, Claire Dhéret and Fabian Zuleeg present, with Serban Chiorean-Sime and Elisa Molino, the key recommendations of the Well-being 2030 project. A two-year research project co-funded by the European Commission, the Well-being 2030 project has aimed to articulate a strategic vision for the long term development of social policy in Europe by exploring the policy choices that are most likely to deliver a higher level of well-being for European citizens by the year 2030. In this final report, the authors encourage policy-makers, both at national and EU levels, to make sure that social policy both contributes to increasing people’s resilience to cope with social risks and has a positive impact on the key determinants of well-being, without compromising the sustainability of European welfare models."
