Principal contributor(s): International Council of Women The Council, representing women in 38 countries, expresses a desire to help with money and medical supplies, and issues an appeal to the General Assembly to recognize the will to freedom and human rights of the population of Hungary under the Human Rights Charter, and for the immediate cessation of hostilities and the withdrawal of military and police forces from Hungary.
