[] Wahlmanipulation [] Die Volksabstimmung über den Verfassungsentwurf wurde im voraus durch die Tatsache verfälscht, daß keine Alternative zu diesem Entwurf zugelassen wurde, Opposition und Kritik nicht geäußert werden konnten, demokratische Politiker nicht sprechen durften und die Wahl mit der Wahl des Präsidenten der Republik gekoppelt war. [] Die drastische Einschränkung der Menschenrechte, die Auflösung des Parlaments und einer großen Anzahl von Gewerkschaftsorganisationen, die erhebliche Einschränkung der noch erlaubten gewerkschaftlichen Betätigung und die unzulässigen Einschränkungen der Pressefreiheit in der Türkei wird verurteilt.
