[] Wahlmanipulation [] Die Volksabstimmung über den Verfassungsentwurf wurde im voraus durch die Tatsache verfälscht, daß keine Alternative zu diesem Entwurf zugelassen wurde, Opposition und Kritik nicht geäußert werden konnten, demokratische Politiker nicht sprechen durften und die Wahl mit der Wahl des Präsidenten der Republik gekoppelt war.
