This guide describes how employers and employees can consciously investigate working conditions, identify risk sources and assess risks. Examples are given of methods of investigation and risk assessment, and the guide also instances measures which can prevent employees being injured or otherwise being harmed.
The guide is based on the Provisions of the Work Environment Authority on Systematic Work Environment Management (AFS 2001:1). Investigation and risk assessment are the core activity of preventive work environment management and a precondition of effective measures to create a good work environment, both physically and mentally speaking." |
