It seeks to do so by the following methods :— (1) Scientific research upon special subjects calling for attention. (2) The preparation of public opinion in favour of social reform. (3) Propaganda for the ratification and application of the Conventions of the International Labour Conference and — more generally —for the improvement of the conditions of labour.
