A report of a joint meeting held in Paris on January 14, of officers of the L.S.I. & I.F.T.U., with regard to the situation in Spain, was submitted. The report dealt with the arrangement of a new form of relief; also a proposal made again by the French delegate to hold an all-inclusive conference of workers' organisations. The British representatives had opposed the proposal. Their action was APPROVED. and the report was ACCEPTED. It was also NOTED from the report that the C.G.T. were now in favour of 100 per cent. non-intervention. 292/946/15b/9
