Some of us feel it would be rather a pity to lay down this side of the work - remembering as we do that many of these men were cooperating in resisting Franco & actually fought with our British & French forces. The TUC - especially some of the larger Unions such as the Miners and Civil Service Clerical Asstn [Association] among others have been generous contributors to the work, and we feel they should be consulted in case some continuance of the work is desired.
