Dear Sir, Sixty Basque Refugee Children, at present under the care of The Salvation Army at Brixton, will be visiting our Penge Citadel on the evening of Wednesday, 26th January, for the purpose of giving a Demonstration. Senor Uranga has kindly consented to preside on this occasion, and I am writing to ask if you could see your way to be present in support of the Chair.
