Dear Mr. Reed, POSITION OF SPANISH SEAMEN. I desire to thank you for your letter of the 28th instant in regard to the above matter, from which I note that in order to help us you are prepared to continue administering assistance for a further two weeks. I am also greatly obliged to you for the enquiries you have made in regard to the accommodation of Spanish seamen in London and we will immediately pursue this matter with a view to getting the bulk of the men in one locality.
