Sir, With further reference to the cases of the Spanish Seamen referred to in the setter bearing this reference under date 4th April last, it would, I think, be useful if you could kindly give us up to date statement of the Spanish seamen for whom the Trades Union Congress is assuming responsibility. I have at the moment, specially in view the cases of the men named hereunder:- Jose LARRABEITI Last recorded as having arrived on the 14th October, 1939. Martinas Sebastian PRAT and his wife. Last recorded as employed on the steamer "Cygnet" Doroteo Garagalle ZUGASTI Eduardo LARRAZABAL (ZUBALZA) Last recorded as employed in the Greek steamer "Souliotis" Paulino RODRIGUEZ GARCIA Temistacles Marcos GARMA Whereabouts given as uncertain in May last.
