Citrine TUC London Dear Walter, I have much pleasure in sending you herewith my provisional report re General Scheme for the Creation of a Number of Homes in France and Spain for Orphans of Spanish Miners. To-day I have sent a copy of this report to comrade E. Edwards. You will remember that we agreed that a further meeting would be held. Although the matter may seem rather urgent to the Miners' Federation of Great Britain, I suppose that some time shall be necessary to study the different aspects of my report before that meeting is to be held. Perhaps it would be possible to held this meeting in the course of the British TU Congress at Blackpool. This would be very convenient for me since I will be absent from the office from the 22nd July till the end of August. Very sincerely yours W. Schevenels
