I am enclosing herewith lists of the goods (footwear) which have been consignee to you at Garston for conveyance to Rouen by your s.s. C.W.S. PROGRESS, sailing Wednesday or Thursday next week. As we ourselves are not being advised of these consignments until after they have been forwarded by the manufacturers, it may be that other packages will arrive between now and the date of sailing of the C.W.S. PROGRESS. If so, I shall be glad if you will be good enough to arrange for them to be forwarded with the packages already in your hands. In all cases the goods should be consigned: FEDERATION SYNDICALE INTERNATIONALE, ROUEN. I shall also be glad if you will forward a copy of the Bill of Lading to Mr. W. Schevenels, International Federation of Trade Unions, 9 Avenue D,Orsay, Paris, VII, who will be responsible for forwarding arrangements from Rouen. Yours sincerely, Assistant Secretary. Lists.
