Dear Mr. Topping, FOOD FOR SPAIN I was very glad to have your letter of the 30th January informing me that your Rouen office has been instructed by Mr. Schevenels to deliver the consignment of potatoes to Spain via Cerbere. As Mr. Schevenels anticipated delivery will be possible through Cerbere/Port Bou, I shall be glad if you will arrange for the balance of the potatoes which you are now holding in storage at Garston to be shipped via Rouen Cerbere/Port Bou, on the steamer which is Sailing on Thursday next. We are informing Mr. Schevenels accordingly and shall be glad if you will be good enough to instruct your Rouen office to keep in touch with him in the event of any difficulties arising.
