Further to my acknowledgment of your letter of the 18th instant, we have now been notified by the bank that our account has been credited with the sum of £2,000 from your Committee. I am enclosing herewith our official receipt for this amount and desire to express our appreciation of your assistance. I am expecting a report early next week as to the consignments which would be most useful for us to send in our next shipment and as soon as we get this information the necessary order will be placed for immediate dispatch.
