| Summary: | International conference organized by OSA Archivum, the Institute for the History of the 1956 Hungarian Revolution and the Club for Public Freedom. Experience of the scientific investigation of the past and of informatics systems in the Czech and Slovak Republics was presented by Dr. László Bukovszky and Tamás Keszeli; a presentation about the state of affairs concerning Romanian legislation was delivered by Stefano Bottoni; historian Krzysztof Persak spoke about relevant research in Poland and Imre Barczi presented the archiving of the magnetic tapes of the National Security Office in Hungary. The moderator of the discussion was János Kenedi.
