Summary:The tape contains the second part of episode 15 of “The National Magazine” series broadcast by CBC and hosted by investigative journalist Hana Gartner. She introduced a film which presented the story of Shpetim Robaj, an ethnic Albanian doctor who was traveling throughout Kosovo, from village to village, to help the remaining survivors and aid the wounded. The documentary continued with a discussion in the studio with Lenard Cohen (Professor, Author and Balkan Analyst) and Gen. George Joulwan (former NATO Supreme Allied Commander, Europe, 1993 – 1997).
