Dezső Fónagy, member of a workers' council, made a statement. The committee asked him questions in connection with his trial, torture and imprisonment before the revolution and the events of the revolution he participated in. Witness C, electrical technician and student, was a member of the Postal Trade Union. He talked about the invasion of Soviet troops between 24 October and 22 November, the negotiations in the Parliament on 3 November, and the general Soviet attack on 4 November.
