| Summary: | A video tape prepared for and presented to Ethan Nadelmann at Lindesmith Ctr. and Dora Chomiak at OSI, and sent to Aryeh Neyer and Karen J. Greenberg at the Open Society Institute, New York, together with a letter in which the American Drug History Consulting (ADHC) was asking for an emergency loan that would help ADHC to obtain the funds to secure its future headquarters. The tape contains the profile of 76 years old Ukrainian Dr. Wacil Luciw who wanted to sell his house at a lower price than the appraisal, as well as his collection of thousands of rare Ukrainian and Euro-language books from 15th to 19th century, several thousand letters from European government officials, and religious icons as old as a millennium, to be able to raise money and join his family in Toronto, Canada.
