A film a nyugati imperialista hatalmak, elsősorban az Egyesült Államok propagandatevékenységére hívja fel a figyelmet. E propaganda egyik legfőbb eszköze a Szabad Európa Rádió. A turistaként beutazó külföldiek valódi célja gyakran a propaganda terjesztése a legfogékonyabbak - fiatalok, gyerekek - körében.
