Передача Российской государственной телевизионной и радиовещательной компании (РГТРК) "Останкино" (Москва, Российская Федерация) была записана группой мониторинга Исследовательского Института радиостанции Свободная Европа/Свобода (Мюнхен) как часть проекта по анализу официальных средств информации стран бывшего Советского Союза. Examination of archival documents about a political figure of the Russian Empire, Vladimir Fedorovich Dzhunkovskii, who was shot by the decision of NKVD in 1938; in particular, his notes about Moscow flood of 1908 are considered.
