Передача Российской государственной телевизионной и радиовещательной компании (РГТРК) "Останкино" (Москва, Российская Федерация) была записана группой мониторинга Исследовательского Института радиостанции Свободная Европа/Свобода (Мюнхен) как часть проекта по анализу официальных средств информации стран бывшего Советского Союза. A program about Soviet and French soldiers who died in the Second World War, people who died in the Chernobyl disaster, and those who died combating the attempted coup d'état in August 1991 and October 1993.
