Summary:Recording of the first part of the 15th Commencement Ceremony of the Central European University. The Graduation Ceremony took place on June 15, 2006 in the Budapest Congress and World Trade Center (BCWTC). The introductory remarks are delivered by CEU Academic Pro-Rector László Mátyás. The opening address is delivered by CEU President and Rector Yehuda Elkana. Following the Alumni Speaker Patrick Zoltvany (Slovakia, MA in International Relations and European Studies, EU Affairs Adviser to the Minister of Industry, as member of EU Affairs Committee to National Union of Employers) and the Student Speaker Slava Shayman (Russian Federation, Candidate for Master of Law Degree), Rector Yehuda Elkana announces and confers the Master’s status for almost 450 students.
