The panelists included: Bert Brandenburg (Acting Executive Director, Justice at Stake Campaign), Stuart Taylor (Senior Columnist, “National Journal”), Nina Totenberg (Correspondent, National Public Radio), Lisa Brown (Acting Executive Director, American Constitution Society), and Dahlia Lithwick (Senior Editor, “Slate.com”).
