Summary:Verzio FF Submission Serbia and Croatia did not declare war on each other in 1991, but they both charged and convicted general Vlado Trifunovic, with treason and war crimes respectively. Trifunovic, a general of the Federal Army, refused to obey orders from the highest levels of the government and rescued the lives of 300 soldiers by trading their safety for the surrender of a considerable amount of weaponry.
