INDUSTRIAL ASSURANCE 11 Industrial Assurance to be brought under a non-profit making Public Corporation. 11 Rejected on the ground that "Government have enough on hand without that. ADMINISTRATION 12 A decision to entrust administration of the scheme to a Ministry of Social Security. 12 No decision. May be Ministry of Social Security, may be body on lines of Assistance Board. 13 A decision to appoint some body or persons to prepare the necessary legislation. 13 Existing Government departments to do this aided by a small nucleus staff under Sit William Jowitt. 26 15X/2/103/272
