For those earning less than £1 a week, gross wages. 2d. For those earning from £1 to £2 a week, gross wages. 3d. For those earning more than £2 a week, gross wages. THOSE ELIGIBLE. 1. All persons insured under the National Health Insurance Acts. 2. Other persons whose income from all sources is within the following scale:— (a) Single person — not exceeding £250 per annum (£5 per week). (b) Married person without children under 16 years of age — not exceeding £300 per annum (£6 per week). (c) Married person with children under 16 years of age — not exceeding £350 per annum (£7 per week). BENEFITS. 1. A voucher when attending the LEICESTER ROYAL INFIRMARY. 2. Exemption from assessment charges for approved cases in the CITY GENERAL HOSPITAL. 3. CONVALESCENT HOME treatment. 4. Treatment at the DEVONSHIRE ROYAL HOSPITAL, BUXTON, or other Spa recommended by the patient's doctor. 5. Assistance towards the cost of SURGICAL APPLIANCES. 6. AMBULANCE CHARGES incurred when necessary for attendance at the Royal Infirmary. (Regulations regarding this service wilt be issued separately.) 7. If you receive emergency treatment in a Voluntary Hospital when away from home this Society will make a grant to the Hospital concerned.
